GOV. GANDUJE APPOINTS NEW CHIEF OF STAFF

Governor Abdullahi Ganduje has appointed the immediate past Commissioner for Environment, Ali Haruna Abubakar Makoda, as his Chief of Staff.

A statement by the governor's Chief Press Secretary, Abba Anwar said Makoda was appointed due to his commitment towards the feats achieved in Ganduje's first tenure.
"Makoda is always an asset to our dear state, hence the need to carry him along in my second tenure in office", the statement quoted the governor as saying.

The new Chief of Staff was urged to remain focused and committed to his assigned duty.
