The Katsina State Head of Civil Service, Alh. Idris Tune, has reiterated the commitment of the State Permanent Secretaries in ensuring a continued effort in putting in their best for the success of government policies and programs across the state.

Katsina Media and Publicity reports that Tune disclosed this while leading the State Permanent Secretaries to the State Governor, Rt. Hon. Aminu Bello Masari to pay sallah homage at the Muhammadu Buhari House, the seat of Katsina State Government earlier in the week.

He expressed his gratitude to the Governor for giving the civil servants a level playing ground for optimal production, assuring that the loyalty of the permanent secretaries will continue to be guaranteed to the present administration in the state.

@katgovmedia reports that the Governor in responding, appreciated them for the visit and reminded them of the task ahead in ensuring effective and efficient implementation of Government Policies and programs for the betterment of the State.

Masari also assured them that professionalism will continue to receive Government's attention for effective service delivery in the State.

Comrade Toitoi Newton of the Grassroots For Development, who led the protest to the Independent National Electoral Commission office in Yenagoa, told journalists that the CSOs demand a cancellation of the purported results from Constituency 4 in Southern Ijaw council and Nembe-Bassambiri in Nembe council where election materials were carted away.
