As a result of the Judgement delivered by the Federal High Court Yenagoa division in favour of Senator Henry Seriake Dickson, The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC),  on the merit of the case filed by one Owoupele Eneoriekumoh against  Senator Henry Seriake Dickson, The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), the lawyers to Senator Henry Seriake Dickson and the PDP have today, 9th March 2021, voluntarily withdrawn their interlocutory appeals earlier filed at the Supreme Court, before the said decision of the Federal High Court, Yenagoa division was made.

Therefore, the subsisting and extant judgement in this matter at present remains the judgement of the Federal High Court, Yenagoa Division which was given in favour of Senator Henry Seriake Dickson, The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), against Owoupele Eneoriekumoh.

The said Judgement held clearly that no false information was provided as 'Henry Seriake Dickson' and 'Seriake Dickson' are one and the same person and that all the personal particulars are in order.

This is enlighten the general public against mischief and propaganda.
