 The Attorney General and Honourable Commissioner for Justice  Ekiti State today over a telephone interview clarified a matter of mistaken identity as reported by Punch newspaper 12th February 2022: 

Fapohunda, reaffirmed his commitment to freedom of opinion on social media while advising bloggers to do a lot more in ensuring that their stories are verified.

According to him  '' The Wale Fapohunda mentioned in the Punch newspaper is not me. True he is a lawyer and an accomplished one in his own right but we are not even related. A simple online research will clearly show that we are not the same”
