Elumelu Set To Reclaim His Electoral Victory as Tribunal Grants Petition to inspect INEC ballot papers

 Today, at the Asaba Electoral Tribunal, the judges  have granted the petition of the Man of Destiny, Rt  Hon Ndudi Elumelu, PDP House of Representatives candidate representing Aniocha-Oshimili Federal Constituency and our great party, the People's Democratic Party the right to inspect INEC electoral materials including ballot papers and results sheets used during the just concluded National Assembly Election in Aniocha and Oshimili local government areas.  Rt Hon Ndudi Elumelu has challenged the compromised election results that declared the labour party unpopular candidate, Ngozi Okorie as winner and prayed the tribunal to mandate INEC to submit the electoral materials for inspection, verification of result sheets and recounting of the ballot papers. Today, the petition of the Rt Honourable Member and PDP has been granted by the tribunal. There is hope that the evidences of rigging and over voting will be uncovered as the INEC materials shall be inspected and verified.*Elumelu Se
